Tassone says Strutton was not wearing a seat belt, the collision forcefully ejected Strutton onto the roadway, where he was unconscious. He was flown to Sutter Roseville Medical Center where his condition is now last reported to be in “fair condition”. He says it’s a treacherous 2-lane stretch of highway…
