A Grass Valley man has suffered second and third degree burns. CHP Officer Greg Tassone says 63-year-old James Silvia was trying to maneuver his Honda minivan early yesterday (Tues.) that he’d been living in, in the area of John Brower Avenue, near the Nevada County airport.
