It’s down to two. The the two Grass Valley Police Lieutenants are the finalists to be the next police chief. City Manager Bob Richardson will have to make the decision…

Richardson says it’s going to come down to pairing their skill sets with the needs of the city. He says a decision will be announced either late this week or early next week. John Foster recently retired after 17 years.
