Grass Valley to Try New Concrete Street Surface

Interim City Manager Tim Kiser says the concrete is scheduled to be poured today on North School Street between West Main and Richardson Streets–work that needed to be done anyway because of age and condition of the roadway. Kiser says the grant is for 66-thousand dollars…

Kiser says they are working to try to secure funding for another project–perhaps a trail, and see how that works out. While the work on North School Street is being done today, the roadway will remain closed for about a week to allow the permeable concrete to dry.
