A Grass Valley woman has been seriously injured, after a solo vehicle accident that happened late Wednesday morning.  CHP Lieutenant George Stephenson says 24-year-old Karissa Laddzankich was driving at a high rate of speed on Idaho Maryland Road, approaching Banner Lava Cap Road…
