Grass Valley Woman Faces Theft Drug Charges

A Grass Valley woman has been arrested on numerous felony and misdemeanor charges. Police Sergeant Brian Blakemore says they first tried to detain 26-year-old Jessica Risdal at Memorial Park, but she proceeded away from him and another officer, while also tossing her purse in some bushes…

Blakemore says there were also numerous felony drug warrants out for her arrest. No drugs were found during this arrest.
