Tassone describes the injuries to 31-year-old Madai Torres as moderate to major, including fractures. Bridges was arrested on two felony DUI charges, with a blood-alcohol content of 3 times the legal limit. But he says more serious charges may also be filed….

Tassone says Torres’ family had also been following behind in another vehicle, but had stopped off for gas. A short while later, they came upon the accident.
