Great Water Recreation For NID Facilities

It’s another outstanding water recreation season in Nevada County, with precipitation hitting record levels over the winter. At Scots Flat Lake, the new recreation manager for the Nevada Irrigation District, Monica Reyes, says reservations sold out a long time ago for the 4th of July, which is normal for summer holidays. And the lake is also, once again, at 100% capacity…

Reyes says they may also have to turn away some day users. Another very popular boating spot with great conditions that NID manages is Rollins Lake.
