The South Yuba River Citizens League, known as SYRCL, is hosting an event Saturday, March 21, called Growing Green for the Yuba. SYRCL’s River Science Director Rachel Hutchinson says Growing Green is an event for anyone who grows crops in the Yuba River’s watershed.

Hutchinson says the day-long event will feature lunch, workshops, and discussion panels hosted by guest speakers.

Growing Green for the Yuba takes place Saturday, March 21, at the Shady Creek Event Center on the Ridge, from 9:30 to 5:30.
