Guilty Plea In Honey Oil Lab Explosion Case

It’s a guilty plea for a Nevada County man, in relation to a butane honey oil lab that exploded last year. Charles Earl The-Third, 36 at the time of his arrest, has pleaded to the two original felony charges of arson and manufacturing butane honey oil and cultivating marijuana. Earl was also badly burned and had an extended stay in the hospital before he was charged. Newell says Earl is expected to be sentenced to 1 year in jail and 5 years probation on May 15th…

Newell says the amount of restitution for the two home victims should also be determined at that time. Those victims were not injured.
