Guilty Plea In South Yuba Club Embezzlement

A former employee of the South Yuba Club in Grass Valley has pleaded guilty to embezzlement-related charges. Nevada County District Attorney Cliff Newell says Helen Bradford, 60 at the time of her arrest, had been with the club for about 14 months and stole about $45,000…

Bradford was originally charged with over 80 embezzlement counts…but pleaded guilty to one count, as well as one count of identity theft…

Sentencing is scheduled for March 3rd, at which time restitution will also be discussed.
