Gunshot Victim Identity In Nevada City Released

The identity of the man found shot to death inside a home in the Nevada City area last Wednesday has been released. The Nevada County Sheriff’s Department says 30-year-old Jessic Robiere was a British citizen but was living in Truckee. The home is on Bodie Ridge Road. The Department says it’s still too early to definitively link the killing to the suspect who was killed in a pursuit in Eureka County, Nevada, last week. That suspect was also believed to have shot a public works employee there. The condition of the employee is still not known.
