GV Council Candidate Has Hope

Jim Firth was awaiting the results from the County Clerks Office in his run for the Grass Valley City Council. He and a large number of people awaited the election results at a local restaurant. Mister Firth said he felt very positive in his ability to become a council person in the city. He said he went door to door to speak with the people and let them get to know him.

Three hours after the polls closed Firth was in fouth place behind Jan Arbuckle, Lisa Swarthout and Howard Levine.
