GV Man Faces Trial In Back the Blue Rally Shooting

A local man now faces trial regarding a driveby pellet gun shooting at a Back-the-Blue rally that occurred last summer in Grass Valley. A motion by Manoguerra’s attorney to reduce the charges to misdemeanors, because he had no prior record, was rejected. Newell says Manoguerra had no known affiliation with an opposition group.
