GV Seeks Public Input on Mill Street Transformation

The city of Grass Valley is seeking public input on what the final design of the proposed Mill Street Closure will look like. Community Development Director, Tom Last, says the city is offering an outdoor public comment opportunity available all day Thursday. It will be included as part of Thursday Night Market.

Earlier this year, city council approved the permanent closure of Mill Street between Main Street and Neal Street. Currently it is referred to as the Downtown Promenade. The public now has the chance to chime in on what it can look like. Residents will have about a week to provide ideas.

The display and feedback forms will be available from 10:00 AM to 8:00PM on Thursday or when the Market wraps up.
