GVPD Lobby Receives Facelift from Rotary

The Grass Valley Police Department wishes to extend a well-deserved thank you to the Rotary Club of Grass Valley for their recent work in repainting the department’s public lobby and reception area.
On Saturday, April 27th, members of the Rotary Club of Grass Valley paid a visit to the police department armed with ladders, tape, paintbrushes, and paint.

GVPD-lobby-1Their mission was to give a much needed ‘facelift’ to the lobby, which is the first point of contact for the public conducting business with
the police department. Within a few hours, this group of volunteer Rotarians transformed the lobby from a dull, egg-shell color to a bright white giving it a clean and fresh appearance that is more inviting to patrons.
The Grass Valley Police wish to acknowledge the efforts of Dave Peeler of Sierra Performance in Grass Valley for his work in coordinating the project as well as Tres Dix of Knight’s Paint for donating the paint used for this project.
