Hall Enters Two DUI Guilty Pleas

Nevada County Supervisor Heidi Hall has pleaded guilty to two DUI charges, regarding an incident this summer where she was involved in a minor accident in the parking lot at Condon Park in Grass Valley. Munkelt says the plea was not part of a negotiated deal with the District Attorney’s Office and other legal penalties will not be determined until the disagreement over the blood-alcohol level is settled. The hearing is scheduled before the judge in the case on November 14th. Meanwhile, in a written statement sent to KNCO, Hall says, quote, “I accepted full responsibility for my actions when this first happened. I am paying the consequences and will continue to do so, as the law and DMV require. I am not contesting the levels”, unquote.
