Harmony Run Raises Money For NU Choir

The Nevada Union High School Choir at the start of the Harmony Run Saturday Morning. Over 150 runners completed a 5 or 10k run or 3k walk to help the Nevada Union High School Choir raise funds so the program can continue into the future. Race Director and Choir Booster Parent, Dan Cooper, says the money raised by the 6th Annual Harmony Run goes to fund a number of items for the choir.

Though choir doesn’t involve instruments there are a number of expenses that are incurred throughout the year.

The Harmony Run is the 4th Race of The 2014 Gold Country Grand Prix Series. The next race is the Freedom Run on the Fourth of July also held at Nevada Union High School.
