Hearing on Lamphier Case Scheduled Friday

The trial for former Nevada County Supervisor Terry Lamphier on child pornography charges is scheduled to begin on April 12, but it could be delayed yet again. A hearing is scheduled for tomorrow (Friday) morning to hear a request for a continuance. Lamphier’s attorney Stephen Munkelt says the issue is the hard drive on Lamphier’s county computer, which allegedly contained inappropriate pictures of children…
