High School District To Host Forum on School Budgets

The Nevada Joint Union High School District will host the first of two informational community meetings  regarding the proposed state budget and the possible impact on local schools Monday evening October 1st at Bear River High School.  District Superintendent Marianne Cartan is encouraging members of the community to attend.

County Superintendent of Schools Holly Hermansen along Nevada Joint Union High School District administrators will present information, answer questions, and receive input on upcoming budget decisions.

Monday’s meeting starts at  6:00 p.m., in the Bear River High School Theater (Pleasant Ridge School District Superintendent will be presenting at this session, as well)

The second meeting is the following Monday, October 8, 2012, at 6:00 p.m., in the Nevada Union High School Cafeteria.
