UPDATE 2:15 Highway 49 Open in Both Directions-

A single vehicle accident that occurred at 1:00 PM had Highway 49 closed in both directions at Old Auburn Rd for a short time.  CHP Officer Greg Tassone says the vehicle left the road with multiple passengers inside.
