A Grass Valley man was critically injured in a hit and run accident in Sacramento. California Highway Patrol Sergeant Lori Harmen says the accident happened about ten o’clock Monday night at Garfield Avenue and Engle Road. The 21-year-old manĀ and his 23-year-old companion were in a cross walk when they were struck by a car that ran a stop sign.
Both people were walking four dogs when the accident happened. The four dogs were killed when they were hit. Harrison Randal remains in the hospital in critical condition. His female companion was also hospitalized. The CHP is asking anyone with information to contact them at (916) 338-6710.
