DeJesus says the year-to-date average home sales price is up about 11-percent since the beginning of the year, the median price is up about 8-percent. And inventory continues to be low, with fewer people putting homes on the market, slowing sales…

But DeJesus says he has noticed some scattered home construction activity in parts of Nevada County. As for prices for 2016..DeJesus says appreciation rates might be down a little more, but stay close to current percentages.
