Home Prices Still Surging In Nevada County

Not much change in the home market in Nevada County in the last 3 months. Local real estate broker Greg Bulanti says supply continues to drop, while prices go up. He says the average price hit $442,000 in September. It was $397,000 in September of last year. He says that’s the highest in a decade, or just before the mortgage meltdown. Bulanti says while the recovery in home values is good, it’s also put more people out of the price range.
