Home Sales Down Prices Up In Nevada County

Home sales in Nevada County have dropped again, down 16 units from August to September, to 205 units, according to CoreLogic. But numbers were much better than a year ago, when only 177 homes were sold. Meanwhile, median prices in Nevada County jumped 25-thousand dollars, from August to September, to 370-thousand dollars, second only to Placer County in the eight-county Sacramento region. Miller says upper-end homes have been selling better in recent years…

But Nevada County’s median price is only 5-thousand dollars higher than a year ago.
