It looks like it’s been a good summer, overall, for realtors in Nevada County. The latest monthly numbers from the market research group CoreLogic shows unit sales increased 26 units, from June to July, to 232. That’s also 20-percent better than a year ago. Miller says fees have about doubled over the last decade. Meanwhile, CoreLogic says Nevada County’s median price dropped 30-thousand dollars in July, to 349-thousand-500 dollars. But it’s still the third-highest in the eight-county Sacramento region and is over 28-thousand dollars higher than last year.
