Homeless Camper Arrested for Stealing Electricity

A homeless camper was living the life of luxury… so to speak.. in his encampment near Whispering Pines and Brunswick Road on the outskirts of Grass Valley. Grass Valley Police Lt Alex Gammelgard says the camp was reported by a citizen and officers followed up with a visit. An individual that is familiar to law enforcement, Kevin Kuhe, was located at the site.

Grass valley Police are working to identify the property owner to clean up and possible secure the area to prevent further camping.
