Honey Oil Lab Violation of Probation

A probation search has led to the discovery of a suspect that was under the influence, in possession of, and manufacturing a controlled substance. Nevada County Sheriff’s Lieutenant Steve Tripp says that the search of a residence on the 13000 block of Ryan Ranch Road found 41 year-old Jeffery Waters of Grass Valley Wednesday afternoon.

Waters allegedly built a rudimentary lab to convert marijuana to honey oil.

Honey Oil is a concentrated form of THC which is the chemical that gets people high when they use marijuana.
Waters was found to be in possession of several pounds of processed marijuana, the honey oil lab, and a quantity of honey oil as well as being under the influence all violations of his probation.
