Hospital to Present Economic Picture to Supes

The economic viability of Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital will be one of the topics going before the Nevada County Board of Supervisors at their meeting tomorrow (Tuesday). Chief Medical Officer Doctor Brian Evans will be giving a presentation about what the hospital means to the area and how it can be improved. Evans says the hospital has been here for a long time and has been well managed over the years, but the health care system has changed, and that’s making economic viability tougher…
