Baglietto has been the executive director for Friends of the Alameda Animal Shelter in the Bay Area. In a news release, Hospitality House says her accomplishments there include negotiating a budgetary contract with the city for ongoing funding support. Hospitality House also lost about half of its grant funding last June. But Wallis says progress has been made through more diversification of its revenue stream…

The news release also states that Baglietto has demonstrated a remarkable capacity to galvanize effective coalitions, an approach the Board deems critical in expanding relationships with city and county agencies and the community. For the previous 13 years, Baglietto also worked at the Regional Parks Foundation within the East Bay Regional Parks District.
