Hospitality House Shelter Night of Giving is this Saturday

Night of Giving is a hometown holiday benefit for Nevada County’s homeless shelter, Hospitality House, and it’s happening this Saturday night at the Miner’s Foundry in Nevada City. This is the 10th annual event produced by Mikail Graham featuring nearly 50 entertainers on two separate stages.

The doors will open at 4 p.m. Saturday and each performer will have at least 15 minutes. The closing act is another popular local band.

The entertainment will continue until 10 at night. There is a suggested donation of $20 but Graham says no one will be turned away. And something special this year… Hospitality House Development Director Joanna Robinson says three anonymous donors have agreed to match all donations made to Hospitality House that night, either on line or at the event.

The Hospitality House website is www.hhshelter.org. Last year the Night of Giving event raised $55,000, they hope to top that this year.
