Howard Levine Cites Blinder’s Accomplishments

Grass Valley resident Howard Levine says Jon Blinder has done great things for Nevada County and Levine says he believes Blinder’s assertion of innocence in the alleged fraud that led  to the arrest of Blinder and others.
Blinder was arrested earlier this month on four counts of securities fraud in what the state attorney general calls a Ponzi scheme involving Gold Country Lenders in Grass Valley. Philip Lester, chief executive of Gold Country Lenders, faces 66 felony charges of elder abuse, securities fraud and conspiracy.
Levine said Nevada County benefits from what Jon has done with the Economic Resource Council and the Center for the Arts.
