Hung Jury For Grass Valley Man Charged With DUI

It’s a hung jury, after the trial of a Grass Valley man accused of rear-ending a CHP vehicle a few months ago. Nevada County District Attorney says it WAS an 11 to 1 vote FOR a felony DUI conviction, but there was apparently one strong holdout…

A hearing is scheduled in about two weeks. The jury deliberated for only a few hours after a two and a half day trial. The accident occurred in May on Highway 49 near La Barr Meadows Road.
