Hwy 20 Accident Injures Three Near Penn Valley

Three people injured, one seriously, from a nasty head-on collision this (Tues.) morning near Penn Valley. CHP Officer James Cornwall says 31-year-old Michael Robinson was driving his pickup westbound on Highway 20, along with a passenger, 21-year-old Katrina Schwartz, near Melody Road, at the legal speed limit. Robinson and Schwartz, both from Yuba City, had minor injuries. Brown had to be flown to Sutter Roseville hospital, where he was last reported to be in “serious” condition, but with no life-threatening injuries. Cornwall says the wearing of seat belts prevented more severe and possibly fatal injuries…
