Three people injured, one seriously, from a nasty head-on collision this (Tues.) morning near Penn Valley. Robinson and Schwartz, both from Yuba City, had minor injuries. Brown had to be flown to Sutter Roseville hospital, where he was last reported to be in “serious” condition, but with no life-threatening injuries.
