Borrayo says it’s estimated the project will begin in the fall of 2022 or spring of 2023. During the presentation, community members will learn about project alternatives, view displays and maps, and learn where they can review the environmental document, which is available for comment through June 17th. The Wednesday evening virtual meeting is from 6 to 7. But if you’re not available for that one, another one will be scheduled later.
