We spend way too much time sitting on our seats. Another study has found that American’s are too sedentary, and it’s killing us. The more time you spend at a desk, or on the sofa, the shorter your life. Now of course, there are some genetic things than can, as with any health study, negate these findings. But as a statistical whole getting off our seats will make you live longer. Even something as easy as slow walking will help. Here’s good news, doing chores counts too!
