I have been shopping for my own semi-automatic handgun for a while now. I have shot a variety of guns and would like to exercise my right as an American citizen in good standing to own my own. I have been to the range with Grass Valley PD and Auburn PD and have just acquired my Hand Gun Safety Certification. The input I have received about what to buy is wide ranging. People who appreciate this right and respect guns are very helpful in explaining their preferences, so while I am still shopping for just the right weapon, I am still taking suggestions from those I trust and respect and the education and fun continue.

Mary,
I am glad you chose to become educated about firearms rather than forming a biased opinion like so many others.
Have fun with your new gun.

I love the picture of your beaming smile while holding the borrowed officer's pistol! And your finger is in the proper non-shooting position, too! You go, Girl!
God Bless Amaerica!
