Improve Your Mood with Food

It may be true that food is not the only factor that affects our mood. It is, however, one over which we personally have greater control.
Our eating and our feelings are much more intertwined than most people realize. Local expert, Lucinda Tyrrell, talks about the relationship of food to mood.

As part of its Co-op Cooking Class series, BriarPatch Community Market is sponsoring a class taught by Lucinda Tyrrell,
that will teach basic principles of eating for a good mood, titled, “Eat Yourself Happy: Good Food for a Good Mood.”
A full dinner will be prepared and served at the class:

The class will be held on Thursday, January 17 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at In the Kitchen, located at 648 Zion Street in Nevada City. A full meal is included for the fee of $30 for BriarPatch Co-op owners and $35 for non-owners.
