It may be true that food is not the only factor that affects our mood. It is, however, one over which we personally have greater control.

As part of its Co-op Cooking Class series, BriarPatch Community Market is sponsoring a class taught by Lucinda Tyrrell,
that will teach basic principles of eating for a good mood, titled, “Eat Yourself Happy: Good Food for a Good Mood.”

The class will be held on Thursday, January 17 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at In the Kitchen, located at 648 Zion Street in Nevada City.
