Improvements to the Deer Creek Trail

This is the new suspention bridge over Deer Creek that is part of the Deer Creek Tribute Trail,  which pays homage to difference cultural communities from the region around different sections of the trail. This new segment and bridge pays tribute to the Nisenan people of the Nevada City Rancheria   The trail construction was done by Forest Trails Alliance,  engineering by Holdredge and Kull  and Seattle Bridge Company  designed and installed the bridge.    The trail is inviting for a hike or bicycle rides and is about 8 and a half miles.
