Interfaith Looking For Family Sponsors

While the Food Bank of Nevada County is finishing a turkey drive where they have collected over 160 turkeys, Interfaith Food Ministries is also working to feed the hungry for the holidays. I-F-M Executive Director Sue Van Son says they will be will be giving away their Thanksgiving meals tomorrow (Saturday), but if you want to help, she says the best way is to sponsor a family…

You can also send a check to Interfaith. Twenty dollars sponsors a family for one holiday, 40 dollars for Thanksgiving *and* Christmas. Van Son says non profits like Interfaith and the Food Bank work together this time of year…
