Interim Director Hired For Hospitality House

Thurmond would stay on board for another month after the new executive director is in place. Wallace says one of the main responsibilities of the executive director is fundraising and grant applications. Hospitality House lost a 400-thousand dollar grant last month, about half of their current operating budget. Then, soon after that, they opened a thrift store to provide a new revenue stream to help close the gap.
