Is he the forgotten man of Nevada County?

Harry Englebright has a reservoir named after him, but a Nevada City man says that’s not enough for the congressman who long represented this region before his death in 1943.

Grayson Davenport conducts tours of downtown Nevada City and notes Englebright helped bring work here during the Depression of the 1930’s.
