It’s based on the book by British author Roald Dahl, who also wrote Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. The play opens with previews tonight and tomorrow. The official opening night is Saturday, and it runs Thursdays through Sundays through August 4. Performances are at 7:30pm, with Sunday matinees at 2, at the Nevada Theater.
