Juvenile Suspect Arrested in Stabbing of Bear River Grad

An arrest has been made in the fatal stabbing of a Bear River High School  graduate in San Francisco. San Francisco authorities have confirmed that a suspect is in custody for the murder of 20 year old Cameron Myers who was found in the Hunters Point area of San Francisco last Wednesday.

Police sources say Myers suffered from multiple stab wounds and died a short time later at an area hospital. San Francisco Police Officer Albie Esparza has confirmed that investigators were following up leads in the Nevada County area over the weekend. Esparza says investigators took a fifteen year old suspect into custody related to the homicide, Saturday night.

The juvenile was taken into custody at the Nevada County Juvenile Hall. Because of the suspects age no additional information is being released. Police are saying this is still a very active investigation.
