KNCO & Kane’s 5th annual Penny Pitch Benefiting DVSAC is this Saturday June 23rd. This year Benefiting teh Domestic violence and Sexual Assault coalition, the Penny Pitch returns to downtown Grass Valley, in front of Kane’s Restaurant where teams of 6 will pitch penny’s for a good cause. Niko Johnson, executive Director of DVSAC says they are excited to be named the non-profit to beneift this year. Proceeds from past years have been as much os $5 tousand diollars, Johnson outlines the areas the proceeds will be used.
Kane’s Restaurant will offer a special Penny Pitch menu, live entertainment, and drink specials. Rafle prizes are won thorught the afternoon. DVSAC has been serving survivors in Nevada county for 32 years. in their mission to offer resources for building helthy relationships and healing the effects of interpersonal violence.
