LaMalfa Gears Up For Final Congressional Session

With Congress beginning its last session of the year the day after Labor Day, Nevada County’s Congressman has some legislative priorities in mind. LaMalfa also hopes there can be some movement in Congress on tas reform. He says other priorities for him include passing a new spending bill by the end of September that also includes significant reform, rather than just a continuing resolution that will only last another 6 to 12 months. And he also wants to roll back regulations he says federal agencies, like the EPA and the Army Corps, have passed on their own without much congressional oversight.
