In a matter a minutes Monday morning former Nevada County Supervisor Terry Lamphier was arraigned and a plea entered regarding alleged misuse of a county computer to access inappropriate material. Lamphier was not present in court for the arraignment. During the arraignment proceedings, Attorney Stephen Munkelt, acknowledged receipt of the formal charges and immediately entered a not guilt plea on the charges of accessing images of under-aged girls.

Munkelt also requested a pretrial conference for later in February to allow time to review evidence.

A booking order was also signed by Judge Ann Sloven requiring Lamphier to self-surrender and be booked at the Wayne Brown Correctional Facility. After being booked, Lamphier will remain out of custody on his own recognizance.
