Lamphier Pleads Guilty To One Charge

The longrunning case of former Nevada County Supervisor Terry Lamphier has finally been resolved, just a week before his trial was scheduled to begin. District Attorney Cliff Newell says Lamphier has pleaded guilty to one misdemeanor count of using a goverment computer to look at obscene images, or very young girls. Lamphier also won a seat on the Grass Valley City Council in November 14th, but resigned not long after being sworn in, with the criminal investigation underway.
