Lamphier Trial Set for February

Trial has been scheduled for February 23 for former Nevada County Supervisor Terry Lamphier. Lamphier faces three misdemeanor counts of ‘Possession of Matter Depicting Minor Engaging in Sexual Conduct’, after images of underage girls were found on his county computer last year. A trial readiness conference is scheduled for February 5.
