Landlord and Tenant Both Arrested After Fight

A landlord and tenant are both facing charges, after a dispute in Grass Valley. Nevada County Sheriff’s Captain Shannon Moon says the landlord, 35-year-old Jerad Mensik, and the tenant, 32-year-old Todd Chappell got into an argument at a home on Fifield Road Thursday night…

Moon says Mensick was arrested on assault and battery charges against Chappell, but Chappell will also be arrested later for vandalizing Mensik’s home…
